Our prints are produced using Printumo's professional fine art process. Unlike standard posters, these are printed on heavy-weight, acid-free paper with a texture that mimics original watercolor paper, ensuring your art looks and feels like a gallery piece.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry! Simply send us a photo of the damage, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
Do the colors of the prints look exactly like what I see on my screen?
We use professionally color-calibrated printers, so our prints are as accurate as possible. However, keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
How is my artwork shipped?
To ensure maximum protection, prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and shipped in rigid, flat mailers or reinforced tubes (depending on size) to prevent any bending or creasing during transit.
